🙌 EIEP Customer Service Seminar Returns to Kalamata for the 3rd Year

We’re proud to share that the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (EIEP) is once again hosting its Customer Service Seminar in Kalamata on Monday, May 26, 2025 — marking its third consecutive year in our region.

The EIEP is a non-profit organisation founded in 2004, with over 135 major Greek companies and scientific institutions as active members. Their mission is to support and elevate the role of customer service professionals across both the public and private sectors — and importantly, to bring top-level training beyond Athens and into the regions.

This full-day seminar at the Municipal Cultural Centre of Kalamata features a targeted programme of talks and presentations from some of Greece’s most respected businesses. Topics include digital customer experience, AI, sustainability in service, and much more.
